1. The Compound Effect of Habits

Small habits have a delayed return; that is they take longer to give you returns than bad ones. Yet when combined over time, they can generate remarkable results. Whether that means reading 10 pages a day from your favorite book or going for a short walk after dinner every night — it all builds up and implements long-term change.

For example: 10 pages a day versus no reading at all And, in one year this small habit can equate to reading over 3,600 pages — about 12 books.
